Dr. Kathryn Hicks is a small animal Veterinarian who has worked with the clinic since September 2023. Dr. Hicks graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Michigan in 2005. She then graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University in 2009 where she met her husband who is also a Veterinarian. She previously worked at the Michigan Humane Society for four years before joining our team. Dr. Hicks adopted a boxer from the Boxer Haven in October 2022 and her family named him Ray Cooper, aka “RC”. RC is a sweet energetic boy who loves to keep the yard free of any squirrels and play fetch. When she is not at work, she is chasing after her active and growing three young boys. Dr. Hicks enjoys going out to dinner, listening to music loudly, snuggling with RC and eating ice cream.
