Our doctors are happy to visit your pet for routine procedures while it is being groomed. Simply notify the RVH receptionists by phone before you bring your pet in for grooming. Stop by the receptionist desk at RVH before dropping your pet off at the groom room to confirm the details of the visit. By the time you pick up your pet from the grooming appointment, the procedures should be completed. Allow a little extra time at pick up to discuss any issues the doctor may have regarding your pet.

Sorry, if your pet is ill, it must be seen by a veterinarian first before entering the Groom Room.
IMPORTANT: For the well being of your pet and others being groomed, make sure your pet is up to date on all vaccines including Bordetella vaccine for kennel cough.

The Oakland Groom room is located at the side entrance facing the parking lot, in the same building as Rochester Veterinary Hospital.
